Mr Murray is actively involved in teaching and research, and is an Honorary Senior University Lecturer.
Having a passion for the treatment of all hand, wrist and disorders, Mr Murray has won prizes at national meetings for his work within the field. He has presented his work, and lectured on sports injuries, at various international meetings in recent years, including the World Sport Trauma Congress and FIFA Football Medical Conference. Mr Murray continues to present and instruct at specialist domestic and international meetings.
After gaining his medical degree from the University of Manchester and completing further Orthopaedic surgical training on the Northwest Orthopaedic rotation. Mr Murray completed a hand & wrist fellowship at the world-renowned Wrightington Hospital.
Mr Murray treats injuries of the hand and wrist, in top level athletes, and works closely with the medical teams of many sports clubs to offer advice and treatment. Mr Murray is endorsed by all the major private healthcare insurance companies, and also offers consultations to self funding patients, and NHS patients alike.
